"Kiefer Sutherland will serve 48 days in jail because of his DUI arrest a few weeks ago. He must immediately serve the first 18 days, which are for his probation violation, after he is sentenced. He has until July to serve the remaining 30 days. Kiefer pleaded “no contest” to the charges in part of a deal with prosecutors".
